Shipping policy

1.Shipping Areas:

We currently ship within South Africa.

For international orders, please see 5.

2. Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after receiving payment. If there is any delay due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you immediately.

3. Shipping Rates:

Flat rate of R0 for all orders.

4. Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status.

5. International Orders: 

Shipping is not calculated automatically if you're outside South Africa.
