Returns & Refund Policy - Bev Bernic Art
At Bev Bernic Art, we take pride in creating one-of-a-kind, handcrafted art pieces. We carefully package each item to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event of your order arriving damaged, we are happy to assist you.
Return Policy
- No returns for change of mind.
- You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Returned in its original packaging.
- Clear, detailed photos of the damage must be provided.
- Include proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, due to the unique nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:
- Commissioned watercolour pendants.
- Commisioned artwork.
- Original artwork that is damaged after being received by the customer.
- Earrings (due to health and safety regulations), sale items, and gift cards.
Refunds & Replacements
Each pendant and painting is one-of-a-kind and cannot be replaced with an identical item. If a pendant arrives damaged, you have two options:
- Receive a refund (conditions apply).
- Choose a different pendant as a replacement (subject to availability).
For paintings, if only the mounting board is damaged, we will replace it for free, and you can keep the original artwork. Clear photos of the damage to both the item and the packaging must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt.
If your return is approved, you will be refunded for the total cost of your original order. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
Replacements
Since all of our pendants and paintings are unique, exact replacements are not possible. If your pendant is damaged, you can either choose a different replacement or opt for a refund.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted where applicable.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at info@bevbernicart.co.za.
- You will be responsible for the shipping fee.
- Ship your return to:
14 Taman Sari, 5 Westminster Avenue, Bryanston 2191, South Africa.
Once we receive and inspect the item and find that it falls within the terms and conditions of our returns, we will process your refund or replacement.
